Informational meetings to present COHI's women's-focused work in Israel and the West Bank

Dear friends and colleagues,

It is our pleasure to invite you to join us for the upcoming open houses in both Tel Aviv and Ramallah to learn about Circle of Health International (COHI)'s women's health focused programming in Israel and the West Bank.

COHI is a US-based NGO with a mission to build the capacity of women's health professionals living in crisis. COHI works with midwives, nurses, physicians, trauma specialists, and other women's health professionals in the areas of safe motherhood, gender-based violence, and HIV/AIDS. COHI has worked, to date, in Tibet, Sri Lanka, Louisiana (US), Tanzania, Sudan, Palestine, and Israel. COHI's programming in the region focuses on supporting African refugees in Israel, a birth center in Jenin, and providing professional opportunities for Israeli and Palestinian midwives to come together to work on the promotion of midwifery.

Please come and join us to learn about COHI's involvement in Israel and the West Bank. Sera Bonds, COHI's Founder, will speak briefly, introducing COHI's work in the region and around the world. The regional Coordinators will speak, and a short film about COHI's work with Israeli and Palestinian midwives will be shown. COHI volunteers, staff, and Board members will be present to talk about our work, as well.
