COHI Founder to Receive Distinguished Alumni Award

It is Circle of Health International's honor to announce that COHI's Founder, Sera Bonds, was recently selected as a 2007 recipient of Boston University's School of Public Health's Distinguished Alumni Award! This award is granted to those who the Boston University community believes has made an exemplary advances in public health field, for those most in need.  Based on nominations from her peers in the field, Sera is being honored for her demonstrated commitment to conflict and disaster affected women around the world. The award ceremony will be on November 5th, at the annual American Public Health Association meeting, in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Bonds is in the process of arranging dates for a speaking tour while she is stateside from November-January. Please join us in celebrating this honor for COHI and her Founder by contacting COHI directly to arrange a date to host an event. We envision this to be an opportunity where COHI's Founder can raise awareness of COHI's essential programming and future plans.
